WHICH CARRIER DO WE USE?

We ship exclusively with UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.
•EU orders are shipped with UPS Standard or UPS Express, depending on your selection at checkout.
(Note: In certain non-EU European countries such as Switzerland, only UPS Express is available.)
• International orders outside the EU are handled by UPS Express for fast and secure delivery.

Estimated shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout and vary based on your delivery location.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes – as long as your order hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet.
Please contact us immediately (info@barzwear.com) if you need to update your shipping address.

Once your order has been handed over to UPS, changes may no longer be possible. However, you may try updating the delivery address via UPS My Choice or the tracking portal (depending on your country).

• Within the EU: No customs duties or additional taxes apply.
• US & Canada: Orders are shipped with duties and import taxes already handled in advance. No additional charges are requested upon delivery.
• Outside the EU (excluding US & Canada): Customs duties, handling fees, and import taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the customer upon delivery
