RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your BARZWEAR purchase. That’s why we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items are eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
For hygiene protection, underwear items are sealed before shipping. Returns are eligible only if the hygiene seal remains intact after delivery. If the seal is broken, removed, or shows signs of tampering after delivery, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

RETURN PROCESSING FEE
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment with a carrier of their choice.
To cover handling and inspection, we charge a flat processing fee of 6 euros, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee applies worldwide and does not include shipping costs. It does not apply if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene protection, underwear items are not eligible for return or exchange if the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with after delivery.
Please only break the seal if you are sure you want to keep your order.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@barzwear.com.
Include clear photos showing the issue, the size tag, and the original packaging.
If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

RETURNS DUE TO UNPAID IMPORT FEES
If import fees, taxes or handling charges are not paid, UPS is unable to complete delivery. The shipment returns to our warehouse after the second attempt. A refund for the products is issued once the package arrives back and all carrier charges related to the return have been finalized. UPS return charges, the original shipping costs and the 6 euro processing fee are deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the 6 € processing fee (if applicable).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
This timeframe does not apply to returns initiated due to refused delivery or unpaid import fees, as these depend on carrier return processing and final charges.

LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
Customers within the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
This allows you to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
